Living Student Handbook
Most RTOs upload a PDF handbook and forget about it. When ASQA audits, the PDF is out of date and the RTO scrambles. This site renders the handbook from a structured data source with per-section timestamps. When a policy changes, the handbook updates automatically. Students always see the current version. Auditors see version history.

RTOs are required to collect valid Unique Student Identifiers before issuing qualifications. Most D/F-tier sites either don't collect USIs online at all, or use a plain text field with no validation. Our enrolment form validates USI format in real-time — the form won't submit without a correctly formatted 10-character alphanumeric code. In production, this connects to the USI verification API. The form also includes an LLN self-assessment (language, literacy, numeracy, and digital literacy) as required by Outcome Standard 2.1 — a step most RTOs skip entirely on their websites.

Instead of a static list that says "We offer White Card training", this site shows real-time session dates, locations, remaining spots, and prices. Colour-coded badges show availability at a glance. Employers need to verify that workers hold the qualifications they claim. Most RTO sites offer no way to do this. Our employer portal lets anyone check a worker's training record by name or certificate number. In production, this connects to the RTO's student records database.
